Camber Villas is a student housing based community and our lease options fit accordingly. Our private lease options allow for a worry-free roommate matching experience. No need to foot the bill for your roommates, because students are only responsible for their own monthly rent payments. We offer conventional lease options as well if preferred. We're able to discuss both options, just give us a call!

All our modernized units at Camber Villas include high-speed internet, water, parking, amenities, pest control, and full-size in-unit washer & dryers. Electric, which is split between roommates and a $7 Valet trash fee are the only utilities billed monthly. Reach out to our staff who is more than happy to assist you in finding your everyday needs.

At last, this is what you've been searching for. All of our lease terms correspond with the university calendar year to make your student housing needs stress-free. All our lease terms are standard 12-month leases. We also allow a limited spots for 6-month lease options per year.

Go to the apply tab, select your preferred floor plan and get started on the application! Need a co-signer? Students just need to complete their application portion and the co-signer will get sent their part of the application linking both of you together! After screening, both parties will receive their lease to e-sign and solidify your new home!
